Guidance shaped by more than a decade in senior care.

Amy Remington brings approximately 13 years of experience supporting older adults and families across hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, assisted living, memory care, and behavioral-health settings.

That experience informs a practical, relationship-centered approach to changing abilities, home environments, caregiver needs, discharge planning, and transitions of care.
